Check Your Financial Aid

Once you have completed your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov the Department of Education will review, process, and electronically transmit your FAFSA application data to the Financial Aid Department within three to five business days.

When the Financial Aid Department receives your FAFSA application data it will be reviewed and awarded if you are eligible for financial aid.

Next, an email will be sent to you explaining your financial aid award or if you need to provide us with any additional information it will show you what you need to bring in. Processing your financial aid award can take up to an additional two weeks to be reviewed, and processed.

To make corrections to your FAFSA you will need to use your PIN number and to create a password.  If you have forgotten or misplaced your federal PIN, you can answer your challenge question, then click submit and then display now.

If you have forgotten your pin and/or challenge you may create a new one and use it right away.  However, If the Department of Education needs to verify other information before you can use your new pin number it will take one to three days.
