Business and Technologies Department

Business Programs

No matter what you do in life or where you go, you will always find yourself in some kind of business situation. A degree in business gives you flexibility in your career choices both now and down the road. Whether you are the head of a department in an international corporation, crafting solutions to turn a struggling non-profit around, utilizing your skills in a business in your home community, providing consulting services to businesses throughout the region, or turning your own business dream into a reality, a business degree is a first step in equipping yourself to achieve great things. Your ability to bring fundamental business knowledge into the decision making process of your employer or your own business is key to future success.

And, you know that the business knowledge you’ll gain at Three Rivers is more than academic because our business professors have worked extensively in the fields they teach and bring that fundamental knowledge to life with their years of experience.

Business degrees take many routes. At Three Rivers you can get your degree in Accounting or you can choose from six specialized options in our Business Administration degree: Marketing, Management, Finance and Banking, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or Entrepreneurship. Regardless of the business major you choose, the first two semesters contain many of the same core classes, giving you the ability to move between degrees during your first year if you decide you are better suited to a different major.
