State Authorizations and Disclosures

Three Rivers Community College is authorized to operate under the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA). Approval for institutional participation was granted by the State of Connecticut Office of Higher Education on (date) .

Out-of-State Online Students

Licensures vary by state. State regulations and authorizations may change, therefore before beginning a program that may lead to a professional licensure, students from outside the State of Connecticut should contact the appropriate licensing agency in their state of residence.
