DONALD Trump could meet Nicolas Maduro for face-to-face crunch talks – despite the Venezuelan tyrant’s $50million bounty.
The two leaders spoke over the phone last week amid the backdrop of spiralling relations between Washington and Caracas and fears of all-out war.

During the call, Trump and Maduro reportedly discussed meeting in the US, sources told the New York Times.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio was also included in the conversation – which came just days after his department labelled Maduro as the head of an alleged foreign terrorist organisation, the Cartel del los Soles.
It comes as the US continues to ramp up its military presence in the Caribbean – leaving the Venezuelan dictator seemingly hopeless in the face of Trump’s army.
In a feeble attempt to extinguish flaring tensions, Maduro reportedly offered the US a huge stake in his country’s oil fields last month.
But he vowed to stay in power – prompting Washington to end the talks.
On Thursday, Trump promised to start land operations in Venezuela “very soon”.
