Fresh Check Day

Come participate in TRCC’s VIRTUAL Fresh Check Day!!! Fresh Check Day is an uplifting mental health promotion and suicide prevention event for college students. Typically, students walk around this event, visiting booths and participating in the activities they have set up. This year, in order to maintain safety and social distancing, we are bringing the booths to you!! Each student who registers for this event will receive a box in the mail with all the materials needed to participate in every booth. Then, on March 10th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm we will be live on Zoom, holding our separate but together Fresh Check Day event! Log on and visit break out rooms, participate in activities with your fellow students, and have the chance to win even more prizes! Come have fun, check in with your mental health, and maybe win some awesome prizes!!
