THIS is the moment an irate passenger’s meltdown got her kicked off a delayed flight.
A woman travelling on a United Airlines flight on November 9 has gone viral after a verbal tirade of abuse levelled at a flight attendant was caught on camera.
In shocking video filmed by another passenger, the woman began her aggressive rant at an air hostess when they crossed paths in the aisle.
The blonde woman – who had been sitting in the window seat – had got up to shuffle out of her row at the same time the air hostess was passing.
After an awkward moment of eye contact, the passenger flipped, aggressively shouting in the middle of the cabin.
“I’m getting up,” she can be heard saying.

“I’m allowed to stand up.
“When you keep us on the tarmac for an hour, I’m allowed to stand up.”
The flight attendant, taken aback by the woman’s outburst, responded calmly, saying “that’s no problem”.
Despite this, the woman’s rant continued.
“Not a problem at all. Really not a problem for me to want to f–king stand,” she said.
The verbal lashing went on, with the woman hissing at the flight attendant saying: “F**king c**ts”.
The woman then makes eye contact with the camera and realises she’s been recorded, subsequently going silent.
She pulled her eyes away from the camera and tried to play off her outburst.
The passenger who recorded the moment of abuse later posted the video to TikTok, garnering half a million views.
The TikToker said the flight from New Jersey’s Newark International Airport to Charleston, South Carolina, had been delayed for three hours before they were even allowed to board the aircraft.
The flight had then been halted again for another hour and a half on the tarmac.
“At this point, everyone is just over it,” the passenger said.
“You can feel the collective exhaustion.
“And then this woman just loses it and starts screaming the c-word over and over and over again, and everyone goes silent.”
Other passengers attempted to calm the woman down, but their efforts were in vain.
The filming passenger said the woman began “spiralling” and eventually had to be “escorted off” the flight.
The woman’s neighbouring passenger asked the now screaming woman to “please chill”.
The request made the woman see a different shade of red, spurring her into a new level of rage.
She allegedly began telling other passengers to kill themselves, before going on a long-winded monologue about how hard her life was.
“And then the man behind me goes ‘we all have somewhere to be, my mom’s funeral is tomorrow’ and that just kind of put everything into perspective for everyone,” the passenger said.
“We’re all stressed, we all have our own things going on.”
The man’s sad confession was not enough to put an end to the woman’s rage.
“The crew then had the biggest guys on the plane sit next to her just in case she got physical,” the witness said.
“She put her sunglasses on [while being escorted off] and started going, ‘Thank God’.”
The TikToker said the flight crew “were actual angels” and helped everyone else on the flight to stay calm.
In early November, the government was still at a deadlock on its record-breaking shutdown, which led to delays sparked by staffing shortages at major airports across the US.
