Dr. Hedley Freake, a professor of Nutritional Sciences at UCONN, is presenting Approaches to Eating in the United States: Consequences for Our Health and Environment.

Seminars will be held in room C-101 on the Three Rivers Campus. Students taking classes for credit should arrive by 5:50 PM; noncredit students/guests promptly by 6 PM. Seminars will run until approximately 8:30 PM, with Q&A afterword. Open to everyone!
