Disrupt Aging in Your Community – Betty Bajek -Adventures in Lifelong Learning

Co-designed by AARP CT and community collaborators, Borrow My Glasses, this interactive
session aims to bridge the gap between generations by focusing on aging from an intergenerational perspective, spurring thought-provoking discussion and offering unique activities. Innovation begins with perspective on your own aging. Betty Bajek is an AARP CT appointed volunteer and former
educator, both in the public and private sectors. Sandy Waldo is a retired healthcare professional currently volunteering for AARP. Her career as regional Occupational Health Manager for UPS had an emphasis on health education and wellness.
