A CARPENTER’S apprentice has released a haunting last video of the alleged pals dancing and laughing together after he was accused of murdering him when an air hose was stuffed up his bum.

The pair can be seen smiling and waving their hands in the air, while one is holding what appears to be a number plate.

The accused believes the incident was a simple prank that went tragically wrong

Footage surfaced after trainee carpenter Muhammed Kendirci, 15, died in hospital on November 19.

The teen spent five days fighting for his life following the incident in a workshop in Bozova, Sanliurfa, Turkey, on November 14.

Kendirci had been working as an apprentice when he was allegedly overpowered by coworker Habip Aksoy and an unidentified friend, who first tied his hands.

He could be jailed for life after being accused of murder.

His trousers were then forcibly removed and high-pressure air from a compressor was directed into his bum.

The video shot before the incident shows Kendirci holding hands and dancing with Aksoy and other workers in the same workshop the incident occurred.

Askoy, the accused, has argued he had not realised the catastrophic damage the prank would cause.

The clip was allegedly shown to support the accused’s claim they were friends and it was simply a prank that went tragically wrong.

Aksoy reportedly released the footage following public outrage, claiming it showed they had been friends and that the killing had been a “joke gone wrong”.

Emergency services were called to the scene when Kendirci suffered fatal internal injuries.

He was first taken to Bozova Mehmet Enver Yildirim State Hospital before being transferred to Balikligol State Hospital.

The young teenager was later moved again to Harran University Research and Application Hospital.

Medics confirmed severe internal organ damage and he was placed in intensive care, where he remained under treatment for five days before passing away.

Police opened an investigation and suspect Aksoy was taken into custody.

He was initially released under judicial control but this decision was overturned on appeal.

A warrant for his detention was issued and he was put in cuffs again, and this time he was remanded by the court.

Earlier statements from the Bozova Public Prosecutor’s Office said the incident had happened during “horseplay”.

Elsewhere, in a separate incident in Brazil, a 17-year-old car wash worker Wesner Moreira da Silva died in Campo Grande after colleagues blasted a high-pressure air hose up his backside as a “prank”.

The horror attack caused his intestines to explode.

Two men were later jailed for 12 years over his death after judges rejected their claim that it had been a joke gone wrong.

In another Brazilian case, two doctors were indicted for manslaughter after using a compressed air hose through a rubber cannula in a bid to blow a popcorn kernel out of two-year-old Ravi de Souza Figueiredo’s nose.

His lungs and stomach ruptured, and was sent home with medication for “gas”, but he later collapsed and died.

Police said the improvised compressed air procedure was not in line with standard practice.

Experts have repeatedly warned that compressed air should never be directed at or into the body because of the risk of deadly internal injuries.
