More flavors from Brazil arrive in Portugal through the Celeiro chain, now with new recipes signed by Brazilian chef Emanuel Sávio Rodrigues Nogueira. The dishes, sweet and savory, bear the trademark of Pernambuco: food with memory, affection, comfort and taste of home.
According to a statement sent to DN Brazilthe news, available in the format take awaywill become part of the network menu from December 1st. This is the second wave of recipes created by the immigrant, which launched its partnership with Celeiro in April.
“The connection to Celeiro emerged spontaneously at the beginning of the year, with the launch, in partnership, of some summer dishes, which were a success. An admirer of natural cuisine, Emanuel already used the brand’s products, which ended up bringing him closer to the team”, highlights Celeiro.
The new recipes are as follows, according to the chef’s own description:
Couscous with green sauce: aromatic Moroccan couscous with pumpkin, cherry tomatoes and roasted peppers, in a dish full of color and flavor. The tofu is smothered in a green sauce with basil, coriander and mint — fresh, subtle and incredibly aromatic. A balanced, nutritious and perfect combination for any season.

Tofu teriyaki: Breaded and golden tofu, dipped in an artisanal teriyaki sauce made by us, intense and slightly sweet. It is finished with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds, which add texture and depth to the flavor. A succulent and surprising dish, capable of winning over even those who think they don’t like tofu.
