Fall 2011 Refund Policy
- Customer MUST have the RECEIPT for credit -- no exceptions.
- Proof of registration may be required for full refunds.
The last day for all refunds is September 10, 2011.
- Shrink-wrapped sets: Be careful before opening packages.
Many contain electronic media and are not returnable if opened or
incomplete.
- There are no returns on opened access codes.
- New books must be in new condition. There can be no
markings on or in them and no bent corners.
- There are not returns on selected
supplies: goggles, dissecting kits, gloves, writing pads, BarChart
Quick Study Guides.
- Other purchases may be returned with a receipt for a full
refund within 2 business days from the date of purchase. All
supplies (i.e. computers, calculators, flash drives, discs, etc.)
must be in original, UNOPENED packaging.
Financial Aid:
- The last day Financial Aid funds are available in the bookstore
is September 10, 2011.
Rentals:
- Please make sure you complete your registration at rent-a-text.com.
