A STUNNING Colombian judge is facing a trial after posting racy videos on TikTok.
Marianela Cabrera Mosquera, 47, has been nicknamed “the world’s sexiest judge” by her fans.
But investigators said the criminal court judge’s social media presence could undermine confidence in the justice system.
The judge has over 430,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares videos about her personal life.
She faced a full disciplinary hearing on December 4 in Florencia, in Colombia.
Before the hearing, she said: “When you are a good employee, efficient, and productive, you might expect recognition from your employer. In the judicial branch, there is no room for such recognition, only for persecution through disciplinary proceedings”

She added: “This persecution in my case has occurred simply because I have a personal pastime, a hobby that in no way affects the performance of my duties.”
The National Commission of Judicial Discipline said that it had found 48 videos which included “suggestive and provocative images”, after reviewing 658 clips.
It said some of the judge’s clothing had been too revealing.
The commission also investigated whether some of the videos had been made while the world’s sexiest judge was on court property.
Witnesses said they had not seen the 47-year-old filming in working hours or in the court offices.
Yet they acknowledged that there were similarities between bookcases, desks and other furniture in the videos and those at the court.
The ruling stated that judges should have exemplary behaviour at all times, warning that social media posts like Cabrera’s could damage public trust in justice.
The world’s sexiest judge rejected the allegations, describing the charges as sexist, macho and misogynistic.
She claimed she was being judged for wearing low-cut tops in her videos.
The 47-year-old said other female colleagues had contacted her saying they had received similar treatment.
The legal team of the word’s sexiest judge took a passive approach to her defence, and insisted that the posts did not affect Cabrera’s work in court.
The case now moves to a trial in front of a disciplinary judge.
