The Border Patrol has suspended two of the up to eight agents involved in the Saturday murder of the American citizen Alex Pretti in Minneapolis.

“Approximately five seconds latera Border Patrol agent fired his CBP-issued Glock 19, and a Customs and Border Protection agent also fired his CBP-issued Glock 47 at Pretti,” the document cited by CNN says.

The nurseor was shot nearly a dozen at point-blank range when trying to defend a woman that she had been pushed by an immigration agent.
The document explains that “after the shooting, a Border Patrol agent reported that “He had Pretti’s firearm in his possession.”
In the videos taken by witnesses you can see that the gun was removed from the nurse’s waist before the officers shot him.

Initially, DHS said Pretti “approached” CBP agents with a semi-automatic firearm of 9 mm, according to a statement delivered on Saturday.

The document also explains the moments before the nurse’s death, when the CBP agents carrying out an operation were “approached by two women blowing whistles.”
