Gynecology and obstetrics emergency services are closed this Saturday, December 27th, in hospitals in Portimão, Barreiro and Abrantes, according to information published on the National Health Service portal at 8:30 am.
According to the SNS Portal, there are six referenced emergencies, receiving only internal emergencies and cases referenced by the National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM).
This situation is found in the pediatric emergency department at the Hospital de Santa Maria Maior (Barcelos and Esposende), between 22:00 and 24:00, the Hospital de Vila Franca de 00:00 to 08:00, but still no new information.
There are also conditions at Hospital Beatriz Ângelo, in Loures, between 9:00 pm and 12:00 am, in the pediatric emergency department.
Gynecology and Obstetrics emergencies at Aveiro Hospital will also be restricted between 00:00 and 08:30 and at Santo André Hospital, in Leiria, until midnight.
In total, 111 emergency rooms are open and 27 are operating with a new pilot project model.
