Meo and Vodafone Portugal will raise prices in 2026 in accordance with contractual conditions, official sources told Lusa.

“Meo will proceed, in 2026, with the contractually foreseen price update, with the exception of services from the digital brand Uzo and the brand for the youth segment, Moche”, says an official source from the operator.

“This update contributes to maintaining the high quality standard and the level of investment in innovation and in mobile and fiber optic networks”, says Meo.

Vodafone will also update its prices next year.

“On January 9, 2026, the price of Vodafone services will be updated up to the maximum value of the inflation rate expected for 2025 and in accordance with contractual conditions”, says an official source from Vodafone Portugal.

More information can be found, from that date onwards, at vfpt.pt/condicoes2026according to the operator.

According to the information available in the ‘link’, Vodafone Portugal states that the price changes allow it to “continue investing” in its networks, products and services.

“This update, which cuts across many industries, allows us to adjust our operations to the increasing costs of network maintenance and innovation and quality of service”, the website reads.

“The price update does not apply to new contracts or renewals, made from November 11th, in the private segment. It also does not apply, for these customers, to prepaid and the most recent tariffs, namely, RED All In, Yorn Chill and Net+ and the Black Friday offer”, says Vodafone.

For new subscriptions, re-loyalties and ‘upgrades’ of business services, “the price update will not be applied during the first six months, that is, until July 8, 2026”.
