Donald Trump He continues to send contradictory messages about his plans for Venezuela. The American president assured on Sunday that he was willing to speak with the leader of the Chavista regime, Nicolas Madurobut on Monday he added during a White House press conference that does not rule out “anything”nor the sending of troops on the ground.
