KNOWN as the most exclusive sex club party in the world – SNCTM has become a playground for the rich and famous where guests can explore their most intimate desires in secrecy.
With a £9,300 entry fee for those lucky enough to get an invite, it’s a world mere “vanilla” mortals could never dream of entering.
But those with VIP access to the erotic wonderland have revealed what REALLY goes on behind its firmly closed doors.
Launching back in 2013, hosting parties in New York, Los Angeles, and now Miami, SNCTM has seen A-list actors and rock stars mingle with well-known CEOs and super wealthy revellers ever since.
The club’s masquerade parties became a huge hit in Hollywood society – attracting stars including Steven Tyler, Bill Maher, and even Gwyneth Paltrow, who is said to have attended with her then boyfriend, producer Brad Falchuk.
The private members-only club was founded by Damon Lawner, also known as Father Damon.
He launched the parties after a late-night viewing of a Tom Cruise classic, Eyes Wide Shut, where the characters delve into the world of a secret sex society.
Since having starting out as a seedy one-star nightclub, SNCTM has grown to become the world’s most expensive sex club, where members pay a huge price for complete anonymity.
Once inside, guests will be able to witness night-long raunchy cabaret, burlesque shows and erotic theatre and can enter any number of curated rooms for sexual experimentation.
Its most exclusive members, easy to spot because of their special silver necklaces, are even thought to have carried out a “blood oath” in return for access to private rooms and sex experts.
SNCTM also holds one of its X-rated events on board a luxury yacht next to the Cannes Film Festival every year, where the exclusivity of the guest list is all but ensured.
Laura Desiree, the club’s new creative director, who first joined six years ago as a performer, says SNCTM is “unlike any other gathering” – where “eroticism soars on every possible plane”.
She told The Sun: “I know a lot of people have their understanding or perhaps illusion of what a SNCTM party would feel like, and this is, of course, informed by so many movies that have depicted play parties or experiential sensual atmospheres.
“Our rooms are incredibly curated, both with the people who are in attendance and with every element of the decor, every element of the experience walking through those rooms.
“The music is hand-selected. The lighting is just so specific. We have a number of performances throughout the night. It’s an erotic fever dream of sorts.
“Our cabaret show runs pretty much the entire span of the party, and you never know what you’re going to see.
“SNCTM is very much a delicious wonderland where people get to be as anonymous as they wish.
“All enter with an understanding of what the rules of this world are. We’re very explicit about what we expect from attendees, and it’s a place to pursue your curiosities.”

In fact, SNCTM has one golden rule above all others and that is – consensuality.
Members must always ask before “touching” and anyone who violates the strict rule is removed and banned from the club for life. Any photography is also prohibited to ensure privacy.
Laura says: “We do not tolerate reports of, let’s call it, mischievous, devious, nefarious behaviours.”
Male guests are required to wear a tuxedo, while female guests are asked to don elegant evening wear or lingerie – mask are mandatory upon entry but can be removed once inside if desired.
Laura added: “These are big cities where people hold incredible titles in their careers.
“You get all sorts of high-powered CEOs that attend our events. Many people like to stay in masquerade and stay anonymous, which we absolutely encourage.
“If that’s how you feel comfortable, do so. We get a lot of high powered career types, but a lot of high-powered creatives as well.
“It’s not a rarity to see a familiar or famous face in attendance. We have a lot of that celebrity culture that likes to mix and mingle in our rooms, mainly because they know the discretion is there.
“They know that there’s no cell phones. They know that we have a high level of security in attendance and on site.
“So there’s a lot of assurance that they will remain safe in the space. And so we’ve got this wonderful mix.”
Laura began at the club as a performer – predominantly for New York events – and also worked as an intimacy coordinator before eventually taking on her new role in August this year, taking over from founder Damon.
First popping up in Beverley Hills at a seedy one-star nightclub, Lawner’s concept quickly gained popularity.
Lawner went from charging a lifetime membership of $1,500 to $75,000 a year – and even higher at its peak.
But SNCTM is now offering those in a lower tax bracket the chance to join – as long as you match the club’s “vibe” following a strict vetting process.
Lawner described his motivation to start the sex club as a “kind of celebration” after a lifetime of being obsessed with sex and sexuality.
Lawner said previously it was “a very upscale black-tie cocktail party… but you’re seeing very surrealistic, ritualistic performances”.
“Then after midnight it seems to evolve into this party where people want to get undressed and make love,” he said.
Lawner sold the club in 2019 and the mandatory mask rule was dropped – but the secrecy of the parties still remains intact.
He also previously told The Sun: “It attracts very wealthy types of people… a lot of celebrity clients and… a lot of young women who want to explore their sexuality.
“For a lot of these people, who have everything and have done everything – they come into this and they have this incredible time.”

Lawner was raking in $1.7million a year before he sold the club to a secret society for $1million in 2019 after six hedonistic years at the helm of SNCTM.
Membership prices vary for men, women, and couples – but anyone can apply before having an interview with the team and are vetted as part of the onboarding process, Laura says.
She explains: “We get an idea of who you are and what you might bring to our events and our community.

“We offer intimacy coordination for guests. This is something very unique because we have a lot of people that come to SNCTM and it’s their first time experiencing a play party or experiencing a lifestyle event.
“We can talk to you or you and your partner to learn a little bit about what your expectations are, what your intentions are, and how to enter an opportunity like SNCTM and leave with the most confident, incredible night of your life where you are just reeling with the memories for the rest of your life, or at least until the next party.
“It’s incredibly daunting to put on your calendar attendance at your first ever sex party.”
