The transition from 2025 to 2026 will have Brazilian rhythms at Fábrica Braço de Prata. The cultural space has just announced the program for the New Year’s Eve party, which will feature forró, Sarapatel Session and Brazilian singer Nicole Monteiro, as well as other attractions throughout the night.
This year’s theme will be “Against winds and tides”, defending the idea that the world needs resistance through culture and art. “Resistance has to be performative. In street demonstrations, strikes and collective parties”highlights Nuno Nabais in the event manifesto.
The philosopher and founder of Fábrica highlights the holding of cultural fairs as spaces for integration between people. “Fábrica do Braço de Prata has been organizing, throughout the year, Cultural Fairs, from Latin America, Brazil, Mediterranean countries, where, in festive environments, bonds between citizens from different countries are strengthened and community organization strategies are experimented with in defense of citizenship rights and decent housing and employment conditions”, he points out.

The party starts at 8pm and continues until 5am, with lots of music. Just like in 2024, there will be sales of typical foods from various countries, including Brazilian flavors, as well as drinks to toast the arrival of the new year.
