Three Rivers Community College Nursing Student Achievement Data is reported below.

TRCC RN Program Benchmark for NCLEX First Time Pass Rate:

Expected level of achievement: The program’s 3-year mean for first time licensure pass rate will be at or above the national mean for Associate Degree graduates for the same time period as published at ncsbn.org/index.htm. Pass rate data will be mailed from the Department of Public Health to the Division Director on or before May 1 each year.

Expected level of achievement: Eighty percent pass rate or higher for first time test takers within the same 12-month period.

TTRCC Pass Rate for May 1, 2018 – April 30, 2019: 56/60 = 93%
TRCC Pass Rate for May 1, 2019 – April 30, 2020: 59/64 = 92%
TRCC Pass Rate for May 1, 2020 – April 30, 2021: 74/76 = 97%

TRCC RN Program Benchmark for Completion Rates:

Expected level of achievement: Seventy-five percent of students will complete the program within 6 semesters.

TRCC Completion Rate for Fall 2015 – Spring 2016: 63/80 = 79% (Includes LPNs)
TRCC Completion Rate for Fall 2016 – Spring 2017: 63/75 = 84% (Includes LPNs)

Expected level of achievement: Ninety percent of graduates will be employed in the field of nursing within 6 months of graduation.
