Évora
In Évora, at Quinta do Poço Novo, the Forno da Telha restaurant presents special menus for the evening of the 24th and for lunch on the 25th of December, both for €75 euros per person, with dishes that evoke Alentejo tradition, such as roast cod with chickpeas, turkey stuffed with chestnuts and oven-baked lamb.
Later, for New Year’s Eve, the restaurant enters the 20s, with a themed dress code, welcome cocktail, dinner with live music, supper, open bar and DJ until the early hours. The menu includes proposals such as Alentejo beef tartare, sea bass, grilled meats and classic desserts, for €190 per person. There are also packages with accommodation in an adjacent hotel.
Melides
No Melides Reda boutique hotel designed by Christian Louboutin, the festive season combines gastronomy, well-being and creative experiences. The Christmas Eve has a menu of four moments by chef Carla Sousa, while the 25th presents proposals for the map and a generous dessert cart.
On the night of the 31st, New Year’s dinner takes on a more daring tone, with music, cocktails and snacks until dawn, followed, on day 1, by a brunch festive. The program also includes special treatments at the spa, workshops creative and New Year rituals.

Let’s start with Hilton Vilamourawhere Christmas will be experienced with an extensive program, which includes themed teas, workshops, family cinema and a buffet dinner on the night of December 24th, by €120 per adult, with 50% discount for children. Dinner can be combined with accommodation, with prices starting from €240 per person in double room.
Albufeira
O VidaMar Algarvea five-star resort in Herdade dos Salgados, presents festive programs distributed by the Ocean and Primadonna restaurants. On the night of December 24th, the Ocean restaurant hosts a Christmas dinner in buffet format, with dishes such as Zé do Pipo cod, salmon loin, lamb stew and turkey with chestnuts, as well as showcooking live and buffet of desserts. For a more intimate dinner party, Primadonna offers a supper with a fixed menu and wine pairing.
On New Year’s Eve, Ocean offers a dinner buffet with a welcome cocktail, followed by a party and supper after midnight, while Primadonna presents a menu of eight moments to celebrate the arrival of 2026. On January 1st, VidaMar Algarve welcomes the new year with a special breakfast at the Lobby Bar and New Year’s Brunch at Ocean.
