The exhibition Beyond the line. Works from the Serralves Collection brings together pieces recently integrated into the Serralves Foundation collection. Curated by Isabel Braga, it brings together artists such as Calapse, Louisa Cunha, Fernanda Fragateir, Dan Graham, Daniel Street Mangrané, Nicolas Mill, Vera Mota, Naito Arlene, Philippe Van Snick.

“Beyond the line proposes a broad reading of the possibilities of design and form, revealing how art can think about architecture and how architecture can expand the artistic experience. The exhibition invites the public to follow visual and conceptual paths that connect structure, matter and imagination”, says the Serralves Museum in a statement.

The Serralves Collection, explains the institution, is currently made up of more than 5600 works, “partly owned by Serralves and partly from various private and public collections in long-term deposit”.
