The guest is Pedro Monteiro, owner of Arinto Wine Bar, who will share the business vision and the journey that made the project a reference in Lisbon.
Next, at 6:45 pm, the conversation “The Pleasures of Wine and Wine Tourism”, guided by Paula Cordeiro (Hedonista / NiT). Presenter Maria Seixas Correia talks about the connection between wine, sensory experiences and content that brings new audiences closer to this universe.
At 7:30 pm, the panel “Elas à Conversa: o Poder da Mulher no Enoturismo” brings together Rita Soares and Cristina Laffan, moderated by journalist and tourism consultant Paula Cosme Pinto. The dialogue focuses on female leadership and the way in which the presence of women has marked innovation and transformation in the sector.
The cycle ends at 8:15 pm with “Aromas and Flavors at a Adega Urbana de Lisboa”, led by Edgardo Pacheco (Public). Catarina Moreira, owner of Adega de Belém, reveals behind the scenes of a project that produces wine in the heart of the city, crossing tradition and modernity.
Alongside the conversations, the event includes tastings, interactive experiences, games, competitions and musical programming, with a set by DJ Fernando Alvim between 9pm and midnight, as well as an Open Day at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, which opens its historic vineyards upon prior registration.
