Trump says that the US already has “more than 50 million” barrels of oil from Venezuela: “We will make a lot of money”

This Thursday the National Assembly of Venezuela, controlled by Chavismo, has given the green light in the first vote to the partial reform of the Organic Law of Hydrocarbons demanded and agreed upon with the Trump Administration.

This is one of the initiatives of Delcy Rodríguez, in the middle of 50 million barrel oil supply deal between Caracas and Washington this month after Maduro’s capture.

“We will make a lot of money”

Trump has also announced that “we are going to start drilling very soon”boasting that the United States has “the largest businesses in the world” to do.

“They are all negotiating right now and we represent the nation, which is very excited about it, because we are very good at this and they are going to make more money than ever, but we will also win a lot of money”he stressed.

The tenant of the White House has celebrated that this will be beneficial for the North American country, which “will make Venezuela a lot of money,” in addition to lower the price of crude oil.

Gasoline goes down

“We have lowered oil prices in many cases to $2.30 a gallon and, in
numerous cases, (…) below 2 dollars”, he pointed out regarding the previous figures of “4.50 dollars, 5 dollars, 3.90 dollars” per gallon, as he has indicated.

Trump has shown his chest that “prices are falling very quickly, including food, practically everything” in the United States, and all of this without all Venezuelan oil having been refined.

He has also defended that “I inherited very high prices” from the previous Administration led by Democrat Joe Biden.

“They caused them. I inherited very high prices and we have done a great job. Prices have come down a lot and I would say led by energy. Right now We are drilling more oil than at any other time in history. of our country, and if you add Venezuela to that, it is a tremendous part of the market,” he highlighted.

“Our country will get richer and that means that our taxes will go down,” has settled.

Praise to Delcy

The American president has thus put the economic issue in the foreground when asked what it will make him to defend some elections in Venezuelawhose leaders “I want to see how they do it.”

On the other hand, he highlighted that Delcy Rodríguez “has done a very good job.” Furthermore, when asked about his “inclination” to “keep her” at the head of the Latin American country, President Trump has applauded his “very strong leadership.”
