    The Three Rivers TASC provides online services and access to resources for all members of the college community. Information and services that are provided in person and in real time are also mostly available in digital formats, allowing access to essential instructional supports that embody the TASC mission.

    TASC services are available at the Tutoring Center in the Shop Wing of the NTHS (Mohegan) Campus, next to the Writing Center.

    The Writing Center is located in the Shop Wing of the Mohegan (NTHS)Campus. The Writing Center offers walk-in help, scheduled sessions, and submission of papers by email.

    Free online tutoring for some subjects is also available from the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium Tutoring program. Register for this service on the online tutoring web page, or contact Matt Burbine at the Thames Valley TASC or call 885-2311 for more information.

    For quick questions involving grammar, Humanities Department faculty have set up a Grammar Hotline.
    In fulfilling its goal, the Tutorial Program offers FREE TUTORING to all college students in many of the introductory courses required for most programs. The TASC also provides Academic Success Workshops that cover topics such as Time Management, Note Taking, Test Taking, Textbook Reading, Learning Styles. The TASC provides an ASK TASC service, online assistance for your academic questions. A TASC tutor will respond to your query within 24 hours. If a student is interested in becoming a tutor, information is available about How to Become a Tutor as well as online Tutor Training.
