Mathematics tutoring for most introductory and some upper level courses is available at the TASC locations at both main campuses. Peer tutors provide FREE, individual support and help students prepare for classes with review sessions and test preparation.
The TASC Tutoring Program employs academically successful students to help their peers develop effective study skills, review material, and work on general concepts. Tutors do not give direct help on homework, but are available to explain procedures and concepts, and to help prepare for and review tests.
TASC services are available at each main campus in the LRC's (libraries).

The TASC provides FREE MATH TUTORING to all college students in most of the mathematics courses required for most programs. TASC and the Math Resource Center now provide a math computer lab on the Mohegan Campus with text-specific software along with other helpful math programs. The TASC also provides Academic Success Workshops that cover topics such as Time Management, Note Taking, Test Taking, Textbook Reading, Learning Styles. The TASC provides an ASK TASC service, online assistance for your academic questions. A TASC tutor will respond to your query within 24 hours.

Free math assistance is also available online through the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium, a group of Connecticut colleges.
