Project is now posted here.
The project is due on the final day of classes, July 30, 2008. Below, I
have posted the documents that I handed out in class, with the addition
of Instructions for performing and graphing regression analyses in MS
Excel 2007. In those instructions, I also included information for
performing non-linear regressions, which I added to this posted version
of MS Excel 2003 (not on the instructions that I handed out in class) as
well. Part II of the project requires that you perform these non-linear
regressions, but, other than the scatterplot, I don't ask for their
graphs (you can just do the regressions
in your calculator and give me the equations. However, if you want to
include the graphs from Excel, I'll give a few extra points (spend your
time wisely, though - if you're having trouble with the graphs, don't let
other things slide just to gain a few points).
