Welcome Center
The Welcome Center provide you with a variety of information you need to know to help you get started at Three Rivers Community College.
Admissions
Admissions is the department tasked with helping students follow the formal procedures for becoming college students and enrolling in certain college programs. Three Rivers maintains an open admissions policy but an application is required.
Advising/Counseling
Staffed with dedicated professionals, the Counseling Center offers a full range of academic and personal support services. Counselors and staff work in conjunction with faculty to foster student growth and success.
Assessment of Prior Learning
Find out how you can get college credit for military, employment, fund-raining, volunteer, or civic organization experience.
Certificates
Three Rivers offers many certificate programs which provide employment skills to meet your immediate goals. A certificate can be completed in a relatively short period of time without earning a degree. Certificates are available in both credit and noncredit formats.
College Career Pathways
Three Rivers Community College can provide you college credit for designated courses that you are taking in your high school. More information is available at the College Career Pathways web page.Financial Aid
The Financial Aid department can help you see if you qualify for federal programs which can provide grants, which do not need to be repaid, low interest loans, which are to be repaid over an extended period once you are no longer attending college at least half-time. Part-time employment is another form of assistance; you are paid an hourly wage.
