Instructions for Obtaining Forms Click on the link above or below to open and complete the form. For processing, you will need to print and bring the form in person, drop-off at the office or mail to the Registrar's Office. If you need to provide additional documentation, you may include the information with your form.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing time for mail-in or drop-off.
Note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open the form. Click on the icon below to download Acrobat Reader.) Students may add courses through the dates shown in the academic calendar provided: there is an opening in the desired class, the student meets course prerequisites, if any and the advisor approves and signs the Add Form for a schedule change. Students may drop courses up to the final drop date as specified in the academic calendar. Students not wishing credit may audit a course. A letter grade will not be issued. An administrative transcript notation of AU will appear on the transcript of students auditing a course.. Audit status is usually chosen for personal enrichment. Audit Information: An audit status will allow students to participate in class activities without being required to meet the examination requirements of the course. Students may ask to have papers critiqued, but faculty members are not required to grade an auditor's course work. A student who wishes to change from credit to audit status must request this within the first four weeks of the course, using an audit request form and submit the form to the Registrar's Office. Students auditing a course may not change to credit status. Full tuition and fees are charged for courses audited.
The Fresh Start Option permits a fresh start for students who have been away
from the College for two (2) or more years, who would return on probation or
have been suspended, and who have a GPA (Grade Point Average) of less than 2.00. You must apply in order to be considered for graduation If health record information is available, a computerized copy will be issued. Original submitted documents are not accessible for duplication. The credit course registration form is used to register for courses You will need to know your Student ID# in order to use our online services. Students receiving Financial Aid or Veteran's Benefits must
contact that office prior to withdrawing from classes. |
