4th Annual L.A.B. Conference: The Learning Across the Board (L.A.B.) Committee is hosting its 4th annual conference on the college academic theme. For this year’s theme Chaos and Order, L.A.B. is hosting a conference entitled “Democracy: Chaos and Order” on Friday, April 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the temporary classrooms across from the bookstore. There will be presentations from Prof. Howard Reiter from the University of Connecticut, Prof. Nicole Krassas from Eastern Connecticut State University, and Prof. Anne Borelli from Connecticut College. There will also be a voter registration drive sponsored by the League of Women voters. Bring a driver’s license or passport, and you can register to vote! The conference is open to the public, and a light breakfast will be served.
