Pre-Manufacturing Certificate Program (PMC)- Free to Eligible Students
TRCC's Pre-Manufacturing Certificate Program is a 300-hour non-credit summer program designed to get students interested in manufacturing again. With an aging workforce, manufacturers are looking for skilled labor to fill much-needed advanced skilled jobs. Students will learn in both a classroom setting and in the college manufacturing lab. Students will also have the opportunity to tour local manufacturing plants and hear first hand what employers value.
The 300 hour PMC program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in manufacturing; however, students will be strongly encouraged to continue onto more advanced training at one of 3 different manufacturing centers where they will receive additional skills needed to advance in their career. This advanced training in most cases can be completed in less than a year.

CT-MET is an equal opportunity program.
