
Student Email
The Connecticut Community Colleges assigns a student email address to new students and students who have been enrolled in courses at any of the Connecticut Community Colleges (CCC) within the last two years.
The email address for students is "mail.ct.edu". *Student email is the official mode of communication for students on administrative matters.
*The Acceptance letter will be sent to the email address provided on the application to the college.

Among all the components, Exchange Online and Lync Online will be available immediately. SharePoint Online and Office Web Apps will be rolled out in January 2013.

Student’s email address is formatted as "prefix@mail.ct.edu". The “prefix” will consist of the first letter of a student’s first name + first four letters of a last name + 4-digit numeric number (e.g., "jsmit1234@mail.ct.edu" (for John Smith).

Students are able to look up their email address in myCommNet using their NetID and password, navigate to the student tab and then to the Student Email channel. You can lookup your NetID using the NetID Lookup Utility.

Students can access Office 365 at: http://portal.microsoftonline.com

Students can log into Office 365 using their Three Rivers NetID usernames and passwords.
