Virtual Event Management System (VEMS)

Welcome to VEMS (Virtual Event Management System), TRCC's online reservation system. VEMS provides fully interactive, real-time access to facility scheduling and provides efficient and effective service for scheduling your events.

To access VEMS, you will need to be a faculty or staff member at TRCC and have your NetID and password ready. Upon logging into the system, you will be able to request, edit, or cancel a reservation. All requests will be reviewed by Administrative Services and a confirmation forwarded to you within 24 hours of submission. This office reviews for the most appropriate space for each event based on location, anticipated attendance, and time.
