Mail and Supply Closet

Mailroom Procedures

The college mailroom is limited to College use. Solicitation notices should not be placed in mailboxes.

All USPS mail, including priority mail, express mail and certified mail are picked up from the College and processed in the Three Rivers Community College mailroom. The College is not responsible for personal mail left in the mailroom.

All outgoing College mail must be placed in the appropriate outgoing mail box in your respective area. Mail that will be processed through the postage machine should have the College name and return address. Mail that is picked up by 10:00 a.m. will be mailed the same day. If you have an urgent of time-sensitive mailing, please contact Amy Main as soon as possible.

The Supply Closet has routine items for the basic needs of the College. To obtain supplies, fill out a Supply Closet Order Form with the quantity required. The form must be filled out completely (name, room number, telephone number and date supplies are needed). Send this form to Amy Main via email or interoffice mail. When your order is ready it will be delivered to you with the normal mail delivery for your area.
