Council message to college just awful

As an employee of Three Rivers Community College, I am aghast that the Norwich City Council has the gall to send this message: City to Three Rivers: Get lost.

As a taxpayer of Norwich, I am stunned that the City Council whilst pandering to a select minority of well-off homeowners would shaft the rest of the city by effectively throwing away all of those PILOT dollars in such a shameful hissy fit.

I reckon they're showing us all why Norwich has become the employment, education and business mecca of southeastern Connecticut.

Let's hope that people will remember this come Election Day. We can then express our sincere gratitude to Rep. Malone and our erstwhile city council.
