DSST^® SUBJECT TEST

Students wishing to earn college credit by examination may elect to take a DSST subject test. Three Rivers offers DSST tests throughout the fall and spring semesters. Study guides for DSST are located on the Prometric DSST website. These are computerized tests (except for Public Speaking).

DSST Test Dates, Times, & Registration Instructions

Depending on the test, it may take as long as 4 - 6 weeks to receive your results.

DSST Registration Form

You should register 2 weeks prior to the exam. Your registration must be postmarked at least 10 days before the test.

TRCC Equivalent DSST Examinations

NOTE: DSST Tests will begin promptly at their scheduled time.

Students arriving late will not be admitted.

You may only take only one test per date.

EXAM FEE: $80 DSST FEE due on test day & $15 administrative fee mailed to TRCC

Only credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or money order will be accepted on the day of the test. PLEASE NOTE: Credit cards are preferred.

Money Orders are to be made payable to THOMPSON PROMETRIC

No personal checks or cash will be accepted.

There is a non-refundable Three Rivers' administration fee of $15 per test session for all examinees. A check or money order payable to: Three Rivers Community College must be submitted with the test registration form. If you register for a test and decide to cancel, or you do not show for the test, you will need to submit the $15 administration fee to register for another test date.
